This dynamic package is designed to gently support change at multiple levels. These sessions combine therapeutic coaching with nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and energy-based healing practices such as Reiki, sound therapy, and crystal bodywork.

The Package Structure
Integrated Healing & Coaching Journey
8 sessions total

Session 1: 90 minutes (deep intake, intention setting, initial regulation work)

Sessions 2–8: 60 minutes each
Each session may include:

Somatic awareness and emotional processing

Reiki or Sound Healing

Hot & Cold Crystal Bodywork (where appropriate)
