Emotions are your response to the environment around you, your brain processes sensory signals to determine how to respond emotionally. Essential oils have been used since ancient times as an effective,safe, simple and natural method for managing emotions, helping to improve wellbeing and quality of life.

Mindfulness for Mums & bubs
The meaning of time goes out the window when we begin our parenting journey, and is rewritten with each new milestone and development. Finding small sweet spots in our day to ground ourselves to come back into the present moment with our minds, bodies and natural environment can have a profound effect on our wellbeing and quality of life.

Soulful Being is passionately committed to serving New Mothers and holding sacred healing space to support transition into Motherhood.
We acknowledge the steep learning curve and challenging transformation that comes as being a woman to becoming a mother.
We understand that for some, it can be a struggle with feelings of overwhelm and isolation.
There is a gaping gap in our culture in supporting mothers through this major life transition, the absence of community and village - not all women have a personal network, covid exacerbated isolation.
Mental health and wellbeing is the new pandemic, and we need to find more sustainable and easily accessible ways to take care of ourselves and each other - fostering and building connections of nurture, care and community.

Mindfulness for Kids
Embark on a transformative journey designed to guide children aged 5-12 toward a lifetime of inner balance and emotional well-being. In this engaging and interactive course, kids will explore the magical world of mindfulness, learning valuable tools to navigate the challenges of growing up in today's fast-paced world.
